Alongside my executive career, I've spent years studying coaching, personal development, personality archetypes, colour and style analysis—not because image is the answer, but because how we see ourselves influences how we show up, and how we show up shapes how others experience us.
My approach brings together three decades of commercial leadership with coaching, psychology and personal brand expertise.

A full-day, one-to-one intensive to align your personal brand, executive presence and leadership identity. Together we’ll clarify how you want to be experienced, identify what’s helping or holding you back, and create a practical roadmap for how you show up - in the boardroom, online and everywhere in between.

Personality archetype assessment - based on Jung’s 12 personality archetypes;
Full seasonal colour analysis - find where you sit on the colour wheel, identify your best colours and analyse how best to bring these together to create more impact and authenticity;
Full style analysis, including body shape review and style personality assessment, recommendations on your best necklines, print, pattern and fabric choices;
An executive presence coaching session, exploring your current executive presence and ways to make this more effective for you.

Monthly Style Recommendations
£125.00 / month. Minimum six months
