I’ve spent more than 30 years working in complex retail businesses, leading large teams, managing significant budgets and helping businesses navigate growth, change and transformation in fast-paced environments. Throughout my career, one of my greatest strengths has always been the ability to make the complex simple.

I’ve worked across businesses of all sizes, ranging from less than £10m to over £1bn turnover, in large corporate organisations and smaller founder-led businesses, giving me a broad understanding of the different challenges businesses face at every stage of growth. From commercial retail buying and merchandising to operations, marketing, product development, commercial strategy, leadership and people management, my experience has always been cross-functional and deeply customer focused.

What I’ve always loved most is helping businesses bring clarity to complexity.

I’m naturally curious and instinctively commercial, with the ability to quickly identify opportunities, connect the dots and simplify problems that can often feel overwhelming for leadership teams and founders. Whether that’s improving ways of working, building teams and strengthening leadership capability, creating structure for growth or supporting teams through periods of change, I bring both strategic thinking and practical execution.

Alongside my commercial experience, I’m also a qualified Mastercoach and a trained Business Mentor for Digital Boost which shapes the way I lead and support people. I strongly believe successful transformation isn’t just about strategy—it’s about people. Listening well, building trust, creating clarity and helping individuals and teams perform at their best is at the heart of how I work.

My approach combines empathetic and open listening with honest conversation and practical support — helping leaders build confidence, make better decisions and create meaningful, lasting change for themselves, their teams and their businesses.

    6 session package £1000.00
    (6 × 90 minute sessions - 6 session minimum term)

  • From flexible, expert advice when you need it to longer term project delivery or strategic planning. You can book by the hour, half-day or day. Think of me as your chief-of-staff, strategic advisor and project manager all-in-one!

    Day rate £600 - £1000 depending on size of business & complexity of project.
